Working during the festival to manage professional theatre venues to host cast workshops and festival performance nights. Requires competent work with theatre professionals, teachers, and school children. I am responsible for front of house and backstage, and must independently troubleshoot and manage logistics. In one performance day, I manage 100+ children and large audiences, and stand as the first point of contact for theatre staff, performers, and teachers.
Employed in communications, outreach and sales with the UK's largest youth drama festival. Role involved liaising with schools to encourage participation in an opportunity for children to perform Shakespeare in professional theatres. As the first point of contact for the Festival, I managed relationships with schools across London and Scotland, working closely with festival coordinators on strategy, marketing campaigns, and trained new staff members.

I worked with the marketing team to promote the event; I gained skills in development of creative plans for designing publicity stunts. I worked as part of a large team on campus which successfully engaged students in the issues of the talks and in finding unique ways of boosting ticket sales. I assisted in managing guests and communicated confidently with audiences to encourage issue engagement.
