Working on reception at a busy and vibrant Architectural company in Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand. .My responsibilities included greeting clients, booking and managing meeting rooms, organizing postal and courier assignments, managing office supplies, working to deadlines, as well as making barista coffee for staff and clients.
Being the first point of contact to members and guests to answer all enquiries. Taking potential new members on tours of the club and signing them up. Booking classes, inductions, personal training and Bootcamp Sessions, both in person and over the telephone.
