Since moving to London I have been pursuing my professional career within the creative industry, most recently high-end luxury furniture and interiors. During this time I have developed a broad range of skills, and grown into a strong project manager with the ability to lead and motivate a team of like minded, creative individuals. • Managing a personal client base of architects, developers, interior designers, and private/retail clients, whilst successfully implementing their briefs, and overseeing the development of projects from start to finish. • Actively generating new business contacts and maintaining long and profitable relationships with existing clients. • Consistently ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met, whilst negotiating trade terms in order to successfully execute the brief. • Conducting regular brand and design presentations, in order to keep clients up to date on our latest products and services. • Supervising and managing the back office team to ensure they are working to the highest standard and maintaining a consistent workflow. • Weekly meetings with my Creative Director, to ensure I am hitting targets and performing to the very best of my ability.
Key responsibilities include; • General project administration work, including generating sales quotations, orders, invoices, and purchase orders. • Orchestrating logistics to ensure the successful delivery and installation of a project, locally or internationally. • Preparing client presentations and developing technical drawings, floor plans, and mood boards. • Working together with the back office team to ensure the ‘day to day’ administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
