About me
I am an experinced freelance banquetting, waitress, customer service and catering assistant I have over 10 years of comprehensive experience in cooking and catering. I also am the CEO of my new company Tavia’s Kitchen which will be launching as my new and exciting restaurant very soon. I have done lots of work in the catering industry, so I have developed great proficiency and efficient skills in mise en place, hostessing, wine pouring, customer care and service, general food and drink preparation, food and beverage delivery to clients. I am a university student who is looking to connect with like minded individuals in the catering industry, I am currently in the process of opening my own restaurant, so I am looking for valuable connections with people in my sector to connect with and share ideas and opportunities together. I will soon be hiring for various roles on my team, since my restaurant will be a 5 star restaurant I only work with experienced connections with a passion for my niche in catering and marketing. My brand caters only to high-end clients who require my catering services and expertise from my restaurant so I am looking for a team of fellow enthusiasts to join me on the journey towards my ribbon cutting event and production of my new restaurant.
