About me
6 years' experience in digital brand management for organisations including Merlin Entertainments, The Royal Marsden and The Prince's Trust. Experienced across online and offline channels including organic and paid social media, influencer marketing, TV, CRM, point of sale, packaging and print marketing materials. Overview of current role: 1) Brand management for the Merlin Annual Pass product As well as day-to-day brand collateral and product packaging, I project manage the Merlin ATL and BTL seasonal campaigns (Spring / Summer / Black Friday sales and Christmas gifting) across social, web, OOH, TV, point of sale and CRM 2) Develop and implement visitation strategies Account manage relationships with the 12 Merlin brands included in the Merlin Annual Pass product. Developing and executing initiatives to support their revenue and footfall. Collaborating with the likes of Thorpe Park, LEGOLAND Windsor, Alton Towers, London Eye etc. to incentive our 250k strong Passholder community to visit 3) Lead on the Membership marketing strategy - work with external creative agencies to produce assets for our social media channels and implement community engagement initiatives. Since I started 12 months ago, our Instagram channel following has doubled and our overall engagement has grown by 70%. Responsible for managing B2B partnerships with Heinz, RAC, Caffe Concerto, Hard Rock etc. to develop commercial partnerships to support demand generation and retention for the product.

    Youth Can Do It - Prince's TrustIn response to nationwide compassion fatigue and new research that highlights a rapid decline in youth confidence, ‘Youth Can Do It’ celebrates the resilience and potential of young people through gritty optimism. Vulnerable young people are transformed into determined heroes who are empowered to rewrite their futures; this is ‘Youth Can Do It’ in action. Directed by Andrea Arnold and cast by Lucy Pardee, the campaign drove 15,510 new visitors to the Prince’s Trust website, leading to over 3,460 young people signing up to life-changing programmes. Maya Sourie, wrote and performed her poem Bulletproof which became the voiceover of the commercial. The music is performed by ‘Inner Voices’, a choir made up of state-educated young people, helping to deliver the empowering message that “pain is nothing but the fuel to reach my full potential”.
