Junior Account Manager

  • Leading film creative agency based in London and New York. I am the sole Junior Account Manager, supporting five Account Managers and Account Director on the print + digital team for clients such as Disney, Universal, Fox, Eon, Lionsgate and Studio Canal. • Attending initial creative brief meetings with the account director/manager where I would be responsible for taking notes and summarizing to send on to the studio manager • Updating the database with upcoming deadlines and ensuring that these are communicated to the company and the clients • Responsible for communicating with a number of third parties (such as JC Decaux, Ocean and Creo) to manage the print of premiere materials, bespoke print installs and digital artwork delivery • Liaising with the press designer to make sure that press ads met the creative brief and were sent out in a timely manner • Managing online campaigns from the brief to trafficking adverts such as billboards, DMPUs and MPUs for various sites. This includes liaising directly with the in-house online designers and clients • Ensuring that invoices are drafted and sent out in a timely manner and POs are chased when necessary
