• Monitoring projects milestones and liaising with the Finance and Planning work streams to agree project goals.
• Identifying the priority initiatives that underpin the strategic plans and develop KPI’s.
• Develop an integrated Communications plan to ensure short and long-term plans are communicated and delivered
• Running the office of the newly integrated directorate of Marketing, Fundraising and Policy.
• Monitoring and reviewing budgets across the three divisions.
