About me

After a long and successful career in project, operational and contract management in the National Health Service in the U.K. and after the birth of my second child I decided to change paths and concentrate on writing, creativity and social. I competed an MBA and am in the process of completing the Digital Mums social media management course. I am an articulate, prosaic and passionate writer. In life I am passionate about fitness and wellbeing, plant based diet and lifestyle, sustainable living and parenting and handmade projects. I give to you a virtual KitKat, so perhaps you could give me my break.
