Experimenting with a range of media, including film, installation, photography and design, my work has universal themes embedded in daily lives and thoughts; studying basic human interactions and habits, exposing the magic in the mundane. Confessional and intimate, my work intends to facilitate and document conversation. My film ‘Speed’ was shown at the BFI, and my work has been exhibited in London at the Science Museum, Bussey Building and Hotel Elephant. In 2014 I won the Creative Conscience Award for my project ‘See What I See’ and the IdeasTap Graduate Award for Digital Design for my installation ‘Cups & String’. Recently my documentary short film ‘John’ was screened at the 12th London Short Film Festival. I am passionate about creating positive social change, particularly on a local scale, activating local communities; whether they are in Bermondsey South London or Banjul in The Gambia.
