  • Soundnet is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of audio and visual content to bars, clubs and other venues, specialising in bespoke music and video compilations that capture a brand’s unique personality. On 12th June 2014 TouchTunes Interactive Networks announced the purchase of Soundnet. TouchTunes is the largest in-venue interactive entertainment network in North America. The Soundnet acquisition complements TouchTunes’ current business and adds a further 13,000 jukebox sites in Europe to TouchTunes’ existing 60,000 bars, clubs and restaurants across North America. In my current position I am responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of handling client queries and account management. I maintain the client relationship the business whilst at all times react with speed and accuracy. • Maintaining global client accounts • Responding to client issues surrounding technical difficulties, account activation and dispatch of music content. · Payments and financial control • Raising purchase orders/credits · Maintaining and updating global databases • General office administration, including answering general requests · Liaising with all departments including IT, the music studio, tech, despatch, sales and finance to ensure smooth running of the business as a whole. • Improve planning, processes and procedures required to deliver music content as the business grows · Make recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level throughout all areas of the company
