School Secretary & PA
I assist the proprietors, take minutes at meetings and deal with the databases. I take all incoming calls, answer all incoming emails and deal with the administrative aspects of the school. There are currently 850 children that attend the School. My main responsibilities are:
" Answering the phone and dealing with all the parents enquiries as well as via email
" Ensuring all messages are passed on correctly and promptly
" Internal staff admin and databases, lists
" Sending out weekly correspondence to all parents
" Maintaining the email lists
" Greeting the parents and the children in the mornings everyday and evening and answering any
questions they may have
" Ensuring all the registers are done correctly
" Tracking attendance
" Building relationships with the parents and other schools
" Diary management – internally and externally
" Taking minutes at meetings
" Dealing with the press
" Answering correspondence on behalf of the proprietors
" Organising the children’s data on a system using file maker pro
Personal Assistant, Admissions and Office Manager

I assisted the two directors. I am in charge of all the admissions, with around 125 children that attended the nursery. I assisted the HR manager and the Finance manager. My main responsibilities were:
" Answering the phone and dealing with all the parents enquiries as well as via email " Greeting the parents and the children in the mornings everyday

" Answering correspondence on behalf of the director
" Managing all Admissions and registrations, the internal and external waiting list, room lists " Organising contracts and maintenance
" Ordering all resources for the nursery

" Assisting the HR manager with meetings, interviews and disciplinary meetings as well as investigating
" Organising the children’s data on a system called Parenta and liaising with the finance manager for all
the accounts
" Hiring and letting go of staff

" Ad hoc duties for both the directors - business and personal
" Show rounds of the nursery to perspective parents
