Boomtown FestivalOngoing contract with Boomtown to provide decorations at their parties and events and to design and build sets for their in house stages. Working alongside the creative management team and taking a brief from their ideas for different areas we design and build props and organise teams of up to 16 volunteers to do installations around site.
  • Wilderness Festival
Wilderness FestivalWilderness was a brand new and unknown festival, with no big headline act to help sell tickets. With very little support across traditional marketing channels, our job was to use PR to launch, grow and sell tickets for this new festival concept. We developed a hardworking, highly strategic press office and media relations campaign that relied on the strength of our media contacts and our ability to carve up news to make it relevant to the right publications. With a Michelin quality banquet being one of the main attractions at Wilderness, we focused part of the campaign on food, and hosted a very simple preview event with Russell Norman at Polpo. The preview event was key in driving ticket sales, with coverage featured in the likes of GQ, Evening Standard, Daily Telegraph, Huffington Post and Eat Like a Girl as a direct result of the preview. Other focuses included profiling with the event founders, event listings, music reviews, photo galleries and festival fashion, all resulting in over 400 pieces of coverage.

    Event Logistics ManagerMediatree
    London, United KingdomFull Time
I assist with all logistical components of events and financial roadshows, in charge of booking venues, flights, ground transfers & hotels for our clients. I coordinate complex schedules & rooming information. Notably, I have worked on important and highly confidential IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) for companies such as ALD, SMCP (Sandro group), Novares, recently Neoen (biggest French IPO of the year) and others. I support the management team from analyst presentations to their international IPO roadshows. I also coordinate all logistical details for financial roadshows. My main account is the telecoms giant Orange with whom I have built a strong relationship. I assist their Investor Relations team (CFO) with all their roadshows and large events. I organised the Investor Day for Orange last year which was a great success. I have also managed other important investor days (up to 150 attendees) including one for Carrefour in Paris. This involved managing site visits, accommodation for most guests, transport, catering, branding and registration. I enjoy building relationships with clients, hotels, venues & suppliers and particularly on-site event support. I take care of budgeting and financial administration and cater to special requests for our clients (private dinners, special events / trips). I have implemented new technology services for the company, including an Ipad registration app.
