- Flat Out JazzBrief A personal project to create the visual identity for Flat Out Jazz, a London-based swing dance duo who teach, compete and perform. The identity will primarily be used across social media and must consider accessibility to work well as a small scale icon. Importantly, it must capture the energetic, musical and playful spirit of the dance duo and not come across as too gendered. - Anthony Nolan Equal Chance ProjectBrief Building on a brief we set to Brixton Finishing School students – to create a campaign that would raise awareness of health inequalities amongst blood cancer patients and engage 16–30 year olds from minority ethnic backgrounds to sign up to the stem cell register – we needed to develop the winning concept ‘Fight the Good Fight’ to be tested and refined before launching. - Anthony Nolan Lifesaving TimesBrief As the UK emerged from another lockdown in Spring 2021, the Anthony Nolan fundraising team wanted to send an impact mailing to regular givers that focused on good news stories, celebrating the work that the charity and its supporters were doing to continue saving lives during the pandemic. Solution & Role We decided that a newspaper-style format would be the best approach. - Anthony Nolan Big Virtual QuizBrief As part of the charity’s Coronavirus Emergency Appeal, the fundraising team urgently needed a new product for supporters to continue raising funds virtually. Responding to the popular trend at the time, they asked us to create the identity, marketing assets and digital fundraising materials for a virtual quiz that supporters could host at home. Solution & Role I worked closely with a copywriter, fundraising manager and creative manager to launch the product within 2 weeks. Sourcing photog
- The HuntBrief Met Film School students needed a logo for their short film, The Hunt, a psychological thriller set within a mysterious wood that follows a hunter who is forced to confront his darker side. Solution Deer motifs feature throughout the film as the hunter believes he is chasing a deer, therefore the logo takes inspiration from deer antlers and is kept minimal with a black and white colour palette to reflect the film’s dark enigma.
- Tidal RumDBA Design Effectiveness Winner 2022 – Bronze Award Brief Based in Jersey, Shorts Boy Distillery needed a brand identity and packaging design for their seaweed-infused golden rum that would capture the dramatic beauty of Jersey’s intertidal zone and appeal to the 25+ consumer who seeks unconventional brands and escapism.
