About me
A first class Graduate in Jewellery Design, I always approach my work with great energy and enthusiasm and am a great believer that you get out what you put in. A newly emerging creative career has seen me learn a huge variety of skills, far from just designing and making - I have had many opportunities to gain experience in exhibiting, creative events, curating, marketing, branding and PR. I thrive on creative thinking and problem solving in many different contexts and at my absolute best when working with others. Having both worked for myself and having had many years of professional experience in Corporate Events and Training, I am great at planning, coordinating, working to deadlines and managing others. A natural communicator, I enjoy interacting, am confident and outgoing and have fantastic delivery and presentation skills. I constantly aim to be forward thinking and pro-active and to play a part in the dynamic future of the creative industries and I will always welcome opportunities that share in this belief.
Projects
  • Palenque Locket Design Collaboration
Palenque Locket Design CollaborationA collaboration with Carina de Jager. Designed to commemorate the birth of the clients child, this very special locket design combines the birthstones of both baby and Father. A tactile piece that was designed to invite the client to intact with the locket, physically connecting her with the birthstones enclosed within.
  • Reflect Jewellery Collection
Reflect Jewellery CollectionThe award winning ‘Reflect’ collection plays with form, colour and light. Combining fun and luxury, ‘Reflect’ invites you to make a bold and playful statement. Hand crafted in silver using a range of raising and forming techniques, this confident and expressive collection glows with a bright impact of colour, light and reflection.
  • Enropic Jewellery Collection
Enropic Jewellery CollectionSleek contours, bold colours and precision manufacture; this confident and stylish collection brings you the future of British design technology. Each piece is individually made by Jessica using the latest in computer aided design and 3D Printing technologies. Playfully unpredictable and influenced by random, entropic and free-form surfaces, the collection uses digital precision to design and produce seemingly uncontrolled patterns, flowing lines and contorted shapes. This unpredictable aesthetic reveals an illusion of movement through shifting glimpses of colour, pattern and light.Made in sterling silver, hand finished and painstakingly hand coloured with thixotropic resins this design combines the best of traditional craft whilst using the latest technologies to break free from the traditional design barriers.
