Digital Support Assistant
The Digital Support Assistant is the ‘voice of the customer’ within the business, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. In this role I am responsible for ensuring that our digital customers (mainly teachers) are supported from ordering and accessing, to successfully and technically making most the of their online subscription services. I am required to analyse and review the behaviour of our customers, and to suggest improvements to internal processes and systems. My role requires a working knowledge of multiple websites, databases, development sites and systems.
