After my Bachelor at UZH and the internship at Axel Springer I felt like a more practical approach would complete my skill set. I decided to study organizational communications at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. During this time I also studied abroad at the University of Cape Town, where I choose gender studies and film. After my exchange semester, I wrote my master thesis about Social Media Engagement and received my master in 2017.

I majored in communication and media research with the minor subject history of art and theory and history of photography. The studies focused on the role of communication in society and on the function and investigation of the media landscape. The studies thus enabled me to see the value and role of communication in a holistic manner and gave me the scientific groundwork for research.
