About me
Hello there! We're Jo Jephcott and Gem Galvin, a creative team based in London. We're currently Creative Directors of the Ferrero account at Krow Communications looking after brands like Tic Tac, Nutella, Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Surprise, Thorntons, Ferrero Rocher and B-ready. We also CD Rachel's Organic and National Grid, and work on all the other major clients in the agency and across the network. Over our career we've created work for FMCG, finance, retail, charity, automotive, hospitality, travel, dogs – you name it, we’ve worked on it. Clients include DFS, Aquafresh, Nissan, Fiat, Wilko, Dogs Trust, Sky, Delta, Adidas, Airbnb, Lidl, Macmillan, AXA, Pernod Ricard, GAME, Four Seasons, Sue Ryder, Standard Life, Asia Miles, Bennetts, Land Rover and Jaguar.
Projects
  • DFS presents 'the cosy season'We created a campaign for DFS to introduce people to the cosy season. As the weather turns and nights draw in, the plucky Pumpkin battles the elements to make it back to her cosy spot.
  • Tic Tac - Open upFor the first Tic Tac advert in five years, we created a fresh brand proposition called 'Open Up' which focuses on the how the minty treat can help people build connections. Our character Mr Tic Tac appears with some tips to help others, specifically a guy called Dave "open up a little" in the 30 second TV spot.
  • Victoria Yum - Make London SweeterWe created a social platform for cake makers Victoria Yum to #makelondonsweeter one slice at a time. We gave away complimentary cake with complimentary cards illustrated by Lydia Rae. We also created a series of tactical posts to celebrate World Peace Day, Valentine’s Day, Wimbledon and London Pride.
  • Nutella B-ready - Love it in a jar? Try it in a bar.The 30 second advert for the new B-ready biscuit bar gives a sneak-peek into the lives of true Nutella lovers who will stop at nothing to enjoy the spread as a morning snack, and how the new product will revolutionise their mid-morning cravings.
  • Amnesty International #IWelcomeA campaign to encourage people around the world to welcome refugees
  • Nissan - Hoybot interactive graphic novelTo illustrate the exciting partnership between Nissan and Sir Chris Hoy, we turned the Olympian into a superhero (Hoybot). We developed a mobile responsive graphic novel to showcase innovative car features as Hoybot's superpowers. Complete with cyber-genetically enhanced criminals trying to capture him and gain access to Nissan's advance technologies that is in-built into Hoybot. The user has to make critical decisions along the way that will alter the course of the story, arriving at 7 differe
