  • • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Practice; including: staff management, customer service management, administration, finance, provision of service, facilities management, CQC knowledge, Health and Safety, social media, marketing, advertising and events. • Pro-actively manage the Practice in agreement with the Partners in an efficient and effective way by developing the quality of service to patients, reviewing practice performance and contributing to the future development of the practice. • Set up and organisation of internal and external events for the onsite venue. • Manage and motivate the practice’s employed staff, such as to encourage improvement of individual efficiency whilst developing their potential to the maximum, annual staff appraisal and management of rota. • Oversee the procurement and maintenance of Practice equipment, supplies and services within budgetary constraints. • Fully represent and support the Directors, their interests and decisions whilst maintaining a happy and committed team. Weekly reporting to Directors on business activity, staff and any issues. • Troubleshoot any problems arising in the practice, such as finding new premises and managing the move.
