About me
Yo, i'm Jo! I am a freshly picked graduate of Falmouth University in Graphic Design.
Once a small town gal, now big city dreamer hoping to leave my mark on the world (or at least in a small corner somewhere). I am a fully trained cow whisperer, joke cracker extraordinaire and lyrical genius. My mission in life is to make everyone around me laugh (whether thats with or at me) and be the provider of cringey life stories for others to learn from.
Curiosity and questioning is the lubricant to the cogs of my creative process. To the casual observer I probably look like a caveman in complete awe, inspecting everything I come into contact with. Knowledge and understanding is what inspires me everyday, pushing my creativity into boss (gaming reference) mode.

- Arriva #WorthTheDelayBrief Arriva has created itself a negative reputation amongst its customers through poor time keeping and continual excuses. Insight Arriva is the only train service to serve the whole of Wales. Solution Create a campaign to apologise for the company's continual delays and miscommunications through humour filled posters to create a buzz on social media with the hashtag #WorthTheDelay because of how stupid the message are.
- SAMBrief Create a new beauty brand that destroys current market trends... Insight The lines between male and female are becoming ever so blurred so why is there not many mainstream brands that are unisex? Solution Create a new beauty brand which embraces every gender through the elusive character of Sam which is never identified as one gender.
- ChangeBrief How can npower demystify household energy efficiency through an innovative digital experience? Insight Families and children are the highest users of energy in the UK but are blissfully unaware of their actions. Solution An app that adjusts the everyday habits of parents and children through the use of the camera function on any smartphone to view what energy is being wasted in their homes...
- SourzBrief Reinvent the alcopop brand 'Sourz' to appeal to a new audience using the 7 deadly sins. Insight Sourz has become a worn out brand and highly associated with teenagers and a joke amongst other alcoholic beverages. Solution Play upon 'the joke reputation' to make a new range of 'sins' which apply to all stages of a night out to make the drink fit into with peoples pre-drink and clubbing routine.
- Sustainable BarbieBrief Redesign the packaging of a popular childrens toy to be more sustainable. Insight Barbie has been ranked the worst toy for its sustainability in the toy industry, with previous convictions of ripping trees down across the world. Solution Make a new sustainable piece of packaging that puts Barbie amongst of Hasbro and Lego who are currently the most sustainable toy retailers in the world.
