- MNU BrandingMulti-National United, aka MNU, is an international corporation from the movie 'District 9'. They are one of the largest companies in the world, and their public image serves as a camouflage. Inspired by 'Dazzle Patterns', the branding for MNU works as a systems uniting all of its different parts.
- Life Palette'Life Palette' is an infographic that maps how much each colour is presented in the life of a certain group of people. Did was achieved by creating a digital colour fingerprint through Processing. The idea of 'individuality' is present within the whole project. On the right you can see the infographic, while on the left there's some calligraphic work I did for each person. Below there's a brief phrase that contains some sort of note about that person.
- Weingart's Swiss TypeBook edition representing the International Typographic Style. The compilation was created to embody the emphasis on cleanliness, readability and objectivity. The binding is a handmade concertina that connects all the separate parts. It folds in multiple ways, allowing the reader to focus on what he prefers the most.
- A Grain of RiceIllustration scroll as a promotional item for the initiative 'Golden Rice'. The story cascades both metaphorically and literally - the brushed black illustrated ink echoing the cascading scroll as the reader unfurls the graphic narrative. The contrast seen in the final package is between a white exterior with understated script and a inside filled with emperor gold, referencing china's gold which was believed to grant immortality.
- Espaço MIRAEspaço MIRA is a renowned art gallery based in Porto, Portugal, mostly focused on photography and its relationships with other media such as sculpture, fine arts and much more. As an in-house designer, MIRA's identity was designed while thinking of the audience and of the space itself. Using only black, white and grey, nothing is meant to detract the attention from the artwork itself.
- Fairy TalesCreation of alphabetic pieces from three different fairy tales. The first one was The Sleeping Beauty, it goes from A to I. The second one is Little Red Hood and goes from J to R. The last one is Blue Beard. Each letter was chosen to match specific chronological moments of the story. The colors and elements used on the wood plates were chosen to demonstrate the stories progress and key moments.
