- Fashionable Flat for a London MillenialIn this project for Swoon Editions, I created a fashionable flat for a London millennial who had recently graduated from fashion school. The brief was to use lots of brass and provide spaces for relaxing and entertaining. Using entirely Swoon products, I created a comfy flat, that would still look sophisticated and interesting should the homeowner want to entertain.

As a Showroom Sales Specialist, I ensured that every customer that visited the Swoon space had an amazing, personalised experience. I used sales training, active listening, detailed product knowledge and interior design skills to find the perfect pieces for them. I was motivated by exceeding my targets and helping people find pieces that really suited them and their homes. I also used SketchUp and Affinity Photo to create room designs. I used my knowledge of Excel to create spreadsheets that helped us manage the showroom, improve product knowledge and reach our targets, creating them using my own initiative.
Unfortunately, Swoon decided to close 7 showrooms and make some Head Office staff redundant due to financial uncertainty and Brexit - this included all of the positions in Brighton, meaning I am now looking for a new position.
