    Social Media Assistant

    Monitoring of Social Media platforms. Responding to messages and queries appropriately. Being active and present online for supporters. Monitoring during company’s events and passing on any important information to relevant team members. Creating content. Working closely with the Event and PR teams creating content to promote company’s events and to recruit supporters via Social Media. Researching and gathering information. Talking to each department to see what is going on within the company and with walkers, volunteers and supporters to assess whether there is any interesting news to report on Social Media. Reporting and Administration. Report results of campaigns to relevant departments. Create weekly report on company’s Social Media including results of campaigns and messages posted in that week and sending findings to Director of Commerce and CEO. Attending company’s events. Communicating face to face with walkers and volunteers, gathering information, videos and pictures for content on Social Media throughout the event. Helping other members of the team in their areas, to ensure the smooth running of events.
