A plethora of experience in operations and production based roles in a variety of festivals. Other experience in photography and graphic design for a variety of projects. - Had the opportunity to be able to work on the last three editions of Leeds Festival (2019, 2021, 2022) - Successfully helped to deliver a 120,000-capacity festival. - Delegating and communicating with my team to ensure that they understood how to achieve our main objectives of safety - Leading a team of around 25 members of staff which included security, stewards, and volunteers. - My competency towards the intense situa-tion enabled the job to be done to a high level. - My previous positive experience with Festival Republic has meant that I have been asked to work on a further five festivals for the company for further festivals and events.
