Regional Senior Visual Merchandiser June 2013 to present • Leading and managing 8 luxury brands in all the Middle East region (Kenzo, Paule Ka, Karl Lagerfeld, Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Sonia Rykiel, Carven and Weill) • Travelling extensively throughout Europe and Middle East regions • Responsible for every store openings across Middle East • Reporting to all brands after each visit and consulting them on their needs • Understanding client needs by gathering requirements such as mood boards and collection brief, whilst adapting the guidelines to the Middle East needs • Responsible for the training of all the local and regional VM, working with a team of 20 VM’s across the region • Taking full responsibility providing VM guidelines and support for high end fashion, accessories and ready to wear • Attending fashion shows and responsible for keeping up to date with the latest trends in the Middle East • Deep knowledge of previous styles and current trends along with proficiency in fashion marketing • Sourcing materials such as props, lighting and installing and dismantling displays and negotiating with suppliers • Working with other members of the design, marketing and buying team to develop themes and color schemes for displays and events • Assisting all Middle East clients in the showrooms to support with the merchandising story for their store
