Keep the Production Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact filming/production
-Attend meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
-Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, planning, budgets, logistics and preliminary schedules.
-Prepare production organization and communication charts.
-Chair meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
-Track the progress and quality of work being performed by producers, editors, directors and contributors.
-Pre /post scheduling and support
-Liaising with crewmembers / Ensuring guests /contributors were equipped with everything they needed.
-Prepared and maintained production offices / Assisting and liaising with all departments
-Organized the printing and distribution of all scripts/call sheets/schedules/risk assessment
