I undertook a large number of roles working for some fantastic clients. Production assistant for an off-site shoot for Brancott Estate wines. Set-up and managed in-house photography shoots as well as graphic design, image and music sourcing and research for Campo Viejo and Branston social static and video posts. Assisted at various Sound studio sessions (Brancott Estate and Bridgestone). Excel and database work organising data from social media insights. Self-initated internal app developed for Brancott Estate. Assisted in collating, uploading and producing content for the mcgarrybowen website.
Being directly involved with production and creative teams, working on live briefs. Making sure all aspects of a new international website launch for Lexus was running smoothly. Working alongside the production team I was given a number of tasks to complete, all of which I completed quickly and efficiently.
While at CHI I completed any task put before me. Mainly orientated towards strategy and planning, something I hadn’t previously focused on before. Speaking to the digital production and creative teams gave me a great insight, right before going to university.
At 19 I was promoted to the position of retail manager. This meant taking charge of: analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales, managing stock levels, managing and motivating a team to increase sales and efficiency. Interviewing potential staff, conducting performance reviews, and holding staff training. Such a big opportunity spurred me on to work as hard as I could, putting everything I have into any work I do. Learning new skills and becoming a more rounded employee and better person.
