About me
- Community / Social Media / PR / Content / Copy specialist, with over six years' experience - Previously, I was Klang Games' Community/Communications/British person, which was ironic as I have a horrible Birmingham accent. But, at least you can’t hear my Brummie-mumblings through the Internet; unless you've watched any of my ReRunners' live streams on Mobcrush. Luckily for me, the game speaks for itself. Before joining Klang, I was the Director of Content, Social Media and ePR at Iceland’s leading Internet Marketing firm, The Engine (formally Nordic eMarketing), where I worked on various campaigns for a range of clients – from 'mom-and-pops' to Fortune 500 companies. In my spare time, I play video games, listen to terrible aggressive music, and care way too much about menswear and fashion. I am also a Market Motive Trained Practitioner in Professional Social Media, which is recognised by OMCP (Online Marketing Certified Professional).

  • ReRunners: Race for the World
    ReRunners: Race for the WorldReRunners is a mutliplayer platformer game for iOS and Android developed by Klang Games - I was the Community & Communications Manager for the project. The game received critical acclaim among the gaming press and the gaming community. Without blowing my own trumpet, I am partly responsible for the game's success. I swear.

    Manage the Community for ReRunners: Race for the World Content planning, content creation, tone-of-voice/branding, audience incentives for growth. Oversee in-game Live Ops & Events. Press & influencer outreach. Copy and text creation, including Localization Management. Livestreaming on Mobcrush (YAY). Achievements: - Expanded ReRunners' Social Following: Raised Facebook Likes by over 1000%. - Successfully built a Beta Community & launched the game's Early Access program. - Initiated & grew partnerships with streamers / created in-game incentives for a partnership with streaming platform Mobcrush.
