About me

Jon has illustrated over 30 children's books, in addition to packaging, greetings cards, apps and posters for many publishers including Methuen, Macdonald, Michael O'Mara, interactive BBC Jam (animation art), BBC Cbeebies, Sainsburys (Christmas designs 2006), Tesco (Easter eggs), 85 Four/Dubai Health Authority, Paperchase,thortful, Early Learning Centre (Birthday Club gift pack as well as online games), Leapfrog San Fransisco, Michael O'Mara, John Brown Citrus, Yellow Door, FoxKaloMaski and WelcometoSocial. Jon has worked in app design as well as publishing a successful series of apps called Elly the Reindeer. Jon has also freelanced for BBC Childrens Magazines since 2000. In October 2020 Jon received a Distinction for his Masters Degree in Sequential design and Illustration at the University of Brighton. Jon is also a lecturer in Design & illustration (BA) at East Sussex Coast College and there University of Brighton
