As Lead Digital Designer at Greene King, I develop and execute creative direction across all major site designs and re-designs. This means establishing digital style guides, developing UI elements, wireframing, designing site comps and producing assets for development. I work closely with colleagues within the Digital team, as well as Brand Managers, Marketing Assistants, external creative agencies and other stakeholders. I manage a small Design Team, including a Mid-Weight Designer and eDM Developer. The team is responsible for creative output across a range of channels, and works closely with our Social Media Team on social touch-points. We also work on some offline projects.
