Strategic development and growth of the companies video proposition by successfully negotiating deals with Major and Independent labels and maintaining strong relationships with all content partners on a global basis. Managing and developing all key content partnerships on a commercial and promotional level and reporting KPIs back to label partners. Working closely with strategic partners including Samsung and Sony PlayStation to plan quarterly marketing campaigns to push the VidZone proposition to users. Driving up corporate revenue internationally by negotiating and executing new licensing deals with labels, digital retailers and new digital distribution partners on a global scale. Designing and executing marketing plans from conception to completion including ECRM and Social Media strategy; creating innovative ways of engaging with existing users, re-engaging with lapsed users and targeting new users for acquisition. Leading/developing a team of 3 digital account managers to ensure that all projects run smoothly from project brief to final sign off with client. Reporting directly to the CEO.
