I currently manage the branding & communication activities of a non-profit organisation aimed and raising funds and awareness for wildlife in Africa and the UK. Initial tasks have included the development of the brand’s logo and the creation & managing of the company website and social media accounts. I also help create and organise fundraisers; creating promotional materials, managing promotional activities, sourcing ticketing solutions and hosting events.
I ran HP's 2015 student recruitment campaign at Bournemouth University. The primary objective was to increase awareness of and applications to the Intern and Graduate opportunities available at HP. Duties included engaging directly with students, distributing marketing materials across campus and online, attending and organising HP career events, as well as developing and implementing individual promotional activities. Throughout the campaign I provided updates and progress reports on a regular basis to my senior colleagues. Towards the end of the campaign I was nominated for the RMP Awards best Brand Manager working in the technology sector.
Coco is an independently owned and family-run café/deli serving high-quality teas & coffee, sandwiches & wraps, desserts & other specialty foods. I have been involved in various aspects of the business, including; site renovation and design, creating and managing social media accounts, developing menus & choosing products whilst also working on the shop floor.
I spent a year-long work placement at Apple on their Advertising team. My manager and I handled all TV, print, outdoor, cinema, TV online, online display and SEM advertising across our 6 key EU markets. Main responsibilities included handling all creative approvals with lead EU creative directors, overseeing all production processes & costs and tracking and documenting all campaign activity, all whilst maintaining a strong and productive agency relationship.
