About me
Hi, I’m Joe, I am a Product and Furniture Design graduate, and will be beginning my MA studies at Central St Martin's in autumn. With a focus toward furniture design, I am most interested by the processes of user interaction and how incorporation of sound can recontextualise these exchanges. Much of my design language stems from my interest in metal fabrication and processing, combined with my own musical background in order to create forms that are evocative to users of musical instruments and their methods of engagement. I have used my passion for music to research the effects of sound on users, as well as its potential to excite and promote engagement, exploring various soundscapes and sonic experiences.
