    Green Man is one of the largest independent festivals in the UK. A significant wealth creator for the local economy, it was recently ranked as the second largest contributor to music tourism in Wales. Over the past three years, Green Man has sold out in record time (each year beating the last) and won the UK Live Music award for Best Festival. - Tendered and contracted design agency brand overhaul in 2015 and 2017. - Co-ordinated design and extensive rebuild of website and migration to a new CMS. - Negotiated and managed ticketing deals, relationships and initiatives with external parties including Ticketline, Eventbrite, Dice.FM and Billetto. - Planned and booked all media - outdoor, direct marketing, print, TV and online. - Contracted illustrators for 2015 through to 2018. - Authored the programme, lanyard and co-ordinated all on-site visual design. - Commissioned highlights video teams, photography teams and on-site session videos. - Co-ordinated all artist promo, including handling all media personnel on-site. - Negotiated new media contra-partnerships with MOJO and The Quietus. - Negotiated and oversaw all onsite sponsorship and brand activations including extensive discussions with the National Trust, Visit Wales, Canal & Rivers Trust, Foffa Bikes, FRUKT and Jagermeister. - Commissioned all merchandising and licensing requests. - Managed a team of three directly. Rising throughout event. Satellite projects outside of the festival include: - Working closely with Argent Ltd, one of the largest property portfolio owners in Europe, to develop The Courtyard a free four day event with live music and attended by over twenty thousand people in both 2015 and 2017. - Secured a £120k three-year funding grant from the Wellcome Trust under the Einstein’s Garden brand; undertaking work with four University partners to further the promotion of science engagement in unique and unexpected places resulting in four experiential offshoots. - Green Man Ahoy! boat party; intended to highlight the main festival to London audience. - Green Man Trust. Public facing since 2015, I helped develop the branding and roll out. The charity supports the work of the Green Man festival in three main areas; to develop showcase opportunities for emerging artists, work with communities in Wales to bring about positive change to local areas and individuals and to encourage public engagement with science.
