I am a creative artist that has worked alongside an array of people on many shows, performing, singing, delivering poetry and playing the trumpet. I am a poet, writer, theatre-maker and aspiring entrepreneur. Studying drama has enabled me to develop creativity, analytical skills, great communication, in-depth interpretation of texts, scriptwriting, essay writing, facilitation and an understanding of balancing art and theory. I enjoy learning new things, working independently as well as in a team. I constantly have ideas, strive to be friendly and organised
I teach maths and English to key stage 1 and 2 pupils ages 3 to 10. I tailor make lessons around pupil's needs giving work at the academic level of each child. I also incorporate games and activities into lessons to make them more interactive and fun.
I work with the team to plan the youth services and yearly conferences, do various roles during a service including moderating, time keeping, running/stage managing, service leading and delivering hospitality to guests.
Watch plays and write reviews within 24 hours which are posted on the AYT website.
I learnt the various theories within Drama as it relates to Education and other topics. I was able to develop my performance skills, interpret text, deliver presentations, devise a play, facilitated workshops, devised a play for children and toured it in London, among other things.
