    Marketing Project Manager
    • Development and ownership of the internal Comms Calendar in conjunction with key stakeholders & Junior brand manager • Key contact for marketing external suppliers including but not exclusive to: photographers, stylists, model agents etc. • Adherence to marketing budget with a specific area of responsibility for new product or concept based collection photographic shoots. • Work closely in the development of the collection critical path, full accountability for the delivery in adherence with agreed timelines. • Ensuring appropriate sign off, review before progression • Cross-functional responsibility to ensure sign off, review etc is completed. • Project management and facilitation of all external and internal events, engaging key stakeholders: including but not exclusive to company events, professional events, press and blogger events, brand partnership events • Development (in liaison with key stakeholders) of marketing campaign critical path: including a cross functional responsibility across design, web, press, social media to deliver the marketing campaign in a timely, efficient manner. (In line with dates stipulated in the Marketing Calendar & Critical Path) • Carrying out risk assessment • Agreeing project objectives with key stakeholders, managing objectives to conclusion • Representing Illamasqua’s interests both externally and internally, acting as an ambassador at all times. • Providing advice to the business on the management of projects, timelines, outcomes, project team etc. • Ensuring quality standards and project outcomes are achieved. • Managing project budgets, resources and adherence to deadlines. • Drawing up a detailed project plan and schedule for each stage of the project. • Selection and leading of project team. • Negotiating with suppliers for materials and services. • Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained • Making sure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards • Reporting regularly on progress to senior managers • Managing risks to avoid delays. • Successful completion of Prince 2 Certification and full use of learnings for all project management within the business. .
