I’m a music industry professional, having worked in the business for around 8 years now. In that time I’ve been an in-house live sound engineer, interned for a handful of record labels, worked as a marketeer for frontline audio releases, marketed live show DVDs & Blu-rays and now work on retail & licensed merchandise for another major record label. I’m also a freelance graphic designer, Director for an apparel company, a guitarist in a punk band and I produce hiphop on the side. Despite all the above, I’m available for freelance work and would love to work on any projects you need doing. I specialise in Album Artwork but am available for any sort of project, big or small.

Responsibilities included - • Sell artist merchandise into retail through new & existing sales channels • License out specific artwork & approved designs to licensees for the production of various merchandise products • Source out new business including new licensees and direct-to-retail stores • Oversee and manage the product development of licensed products • Coordinate sample & prototype distribution between artist management and label reps • Attend trade shows and meetings with new & existing partners • Manage the merchandise release schedule • Create & develop artist ‘look-books’ for current partners and distribute to potential new parties • Coordinate supply chain with production department • Manage the wholesale online catalogue
International Music DVD & BD department. Responsibilities included - • Liaise with management and worldwide PR’s to schedule and oversee phone interviews for Eagle artists • Compile, maintain and distribute a weekly marketing and PR update with information from all territories • Distribute content for album streams for Eagle audio titles to the Marketing Assistant • Supply press releases & promotional screeners to regional radio stations around the UK • Create and distribute tour date sheets to UK & International territories • Organise tickets, guest lists, passes etc for UK live shows by Eagle associated artists for internal team, territories and competition uses • Work with merchandise companies to source or create promotional merchandise as required • Organise and oversee the running of Eagle premieres and events • Coordinate online marketing on Eagle titles • Monitor and set tasks for Eagle Intern & Marketing Assistant on behalf of Department
Kobalt label Services department. Responsibilities included - • Tidy up metadata within the internal system, SAX • Source missing ISRC’s and video identifiers from third party clients • Liaise with the marketing and publishing departments to create new product shells • Ensure artist & video metadata is inputted correctly in VEVO • Update and manage clients YouTube channels
• Oversee all levels of production from start to finish, including artwork proofing, vinyl test pressing approvals, and sourcing & submitting label copy • Co-managing marketing campaigns and liaising with international reps • Co-managing campaign budgets & handling P&L’s • Managing the label’s social media accounts, as well as artist’s Apple Connect profiles • Streaming optimisation whilst working with UMG’s playlist curation team • Co-ordinating social channels / organising boosted social posts & sponsored advertisements with 3rd party media agencies • Creating social graphics & digital marketing tools • Building social competitions using UMG’s digital toolbox ‘Lemonade’ • Co-ordinating and overseeing all Spinefarm D2C Digital Stores alongside the Digital Stores team • Reporting on weekly sales figures • Liaising with third-parties to create marketing assets such as exclusive merchandise, promotional videos & poster advertisements
