  •  DEVELOPING SKILLSET: Developed entertainment industry with the foresight of a potential lucrative business. Before developing my hobby into a career, I researched existing and potential competition. I have since spent 10 years perfecting my self-taught skill to create a respectable, reliable and unique brand/entertainment service.  MARKET RESEARCH/PROFITABILITY: With entertainment being a luxury and not a necessity, it is imperative to constantly stay ahead of the competition with pricing and delivering a service that is worth the rates. Negotiating rates is key to ensure business stays at a steady growth, always delivering more than expected to the customer.  BRAND DEVELOPMENT: After researching what was missing in the industry and my desire to fill that niche, I remained fluid and creative to come up with a brand and service that was truly unique and unlike anything currently available in the market. From designing my own logos and artwork to brand growth and development, I have learnt and achieved a lot in this field. I also create my own videos and photos which has added to my skillset. A keen eye for what looks good on camera and digitally has naturally developed my skills in photography and videography.  MARKETING AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: With marketing and advertising being one of the most key aspects to generate business, I had to utilise every angle to expose myself and my brand. I built my own website which has adapted/changed over the years due to image changes, experience in what captures the audience, reflection and my professional growth. Through this I have learnt a lot about web design, SEO, marketing, branding and custom design. Social media has played a massive role in my exposure so I am always maintaining and continuously updating on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube.  NETWORKING AND GROWTH: The other main aspect for growth is networking, building relationships with clients and working in partnership with events/entertainment companies. Rather than aiming for a one off booking, my goal is to ensure that clients receive an outstanding customer journey from the initial enquiry (call/email) right to the end of the booking/performance. I have found that perfecting that has led to continuous bookings with high end clientele where I am highly recommended. Such companies include, The Ritz Carlton, Links of London, Radio Times, Edition Hotel, Warner Brothers and many other exclusive venues, hotels and restaurants both UK and internationally.  TRANSFERABLE SKILLS: Not only has creating my own business taught me many skills both creativity wise and technically, being a performer has given me invaluable experience in confidence, people skills and communication. Having performed to thousands of people over the last decade from every walk of life, I truly believe my ability to adapt to different audiences, my ability to think quick on my feet, working under extreme pressure and thinking outside of the box will be a huge asset to any organisation.
