I'm currently working as a freelance photographer in and around Cambridge, whilst also working part-time at the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology as a studio and digitisation assistant.. I specialise in photography of artworks and cultural artefacts, and natural, quietly observed images of people, places and events for documentary and promotional purposes. Clients and collaborators have included Kettle's Yard, St. John's College School, University of Cambridge Museums, the New Hall Art Collection and Art Language Location.
Producing quietly observed photographs of people and environments for documentary, editorial and promotional purposes. Also offering an artwork photography service, and providing basic portfolio website design and setup for artists.
Assisting in the digitisation of photographic collections held by the museum - in particular Ethel Lindgren and Oscar Mamen's photographs from Inner Mongolia. Duties include retouching of scanned negatives, digitisation of flat photographic prints and albums, and some studio photography of objects in the museum collection.
