  • Sport Resolutions are putting on their inaugural conference aimed at addressing some of the issues common in the sporting industry. I was hired to help deliver this conference aimed at 200 paid delegates. my jobs entails me to create and carry out marketing, booking and a conference program, engaging with the events industry as well as clients, governing bodies, law firms and any stake holder who may consider mediation or arbitration of a sporting legal dispute helpful. part of my other responsibilities are the design and content of a new website

  • I started my undergraduate year as an assistant operations manager. My initial duties were to make sure that stores recorded their world food space correctly, and were following the planograms. This would then allow me to check stock issues that the stores may have been having with particular products. I would then have to speak with stores, suppliers and logistics companies to ensure that any errors were corrected in the immediate. Additionally I was responsible for ensuring that Tesco’s World Foods ranges were in a position to achieve the best online sales possible, by ensuring that the images for all products were available to Tesco.com, and that the product information was correct and as informative as possible. This included a full ingredients list, and any dietary requirements that the food is available for such as Kosher, Halal, or Gluten Free During my year with Tesco I managed the range review process for all 16 World Foods ranges in the Express Stores, delivering a 100% completion rate to the deadline set allowing the ranges to all be available to launch in stores on time. From October 2012 I was given the added job title of Trainee Buyer. The initial category that I looked after was the Mediterranean category. I supported a range review bringing in ten new products to increase category sales. I was also tasked with researching, creating and launching a new category for Australian Groceries which launched 18th February 2013, and is now available in 20 stores. From January 2013 I was promoted to an Assistant Buyer, the categories I was now solely responsible for were Australian Grocery, Kosher Chilled and Kosher Frozen. I also assisted the buyer for Kosher Groceries and USA Groceries. During this time I played a key role in organising and delivering Passover in 25 stores as well as record breaking Diwali and Ramadan events in more than 200 stores.
