Joshua has spent the last decade in several industries from music to sports working and consulting with public figures, consumer brands and celebrities to bring about commercial success and branding. As of 2020 Joshua co-founded Blue 16 with his brother, the marketing agency Blue 16, a boutique marketing collective working with consumer brands and talent/celebs on activations, partnerships and creative marketing.

- GDK x FAST XGerman Doner Kebab (GDK) joined forces with Universal Pictures as part of the cinema release of their highly anticipated film Fast X which hit the big screen on 19th May.
