Hired as a temp in 2012 I was thrilled to have my stay extended for over a year.
• Provided great customer service to different target audiences in several departments of a big store.
• Trusted with handling money, set individual tasks with time scales, and work within a team to increase sales.
Working in retail has tested my ability to stay composed in a busy environment and moulded the way I interact with the public to make sure customers leave feeling positive and wanting to return. It has also enabled me to support myself financially not having to rely on anyone, the independence is extremely rewarding.
