With a background in industrial design and service design, today I work as an independent experience architect and innovation consultant. My focus is helping my clients find a unique approach to designing the digital leg(s) of their businesses - from concept to delivery.
Initially worked in design research, then turned to digital product development where I gained extensive experience designing digital solutions for clients of various industries. As design process lead I have worked on multiplatform, multiscreen solutions (from the TV screen to responsive, adaptive and native solutions) and was responsible of the design and delivery of digital touchpoints of user-centered business solutions within agile environments.
My strength is designing consistent and context based solutions, where adept answers and interactions are presented on the right interfaces, assuring engagement, high customer-satisfaction, loyalty and conversion.
Having "socialized" in multidisciplinary environments, I am most happy when that is a possibility. Having been the interpreter between different hierarchies and different divisions, I feel as comfortable (re)presenting ideas to C-level clients or partners as I am okay with working hand-in-hand with developers.
