Having started at Contact Creatives in early 2020, I've scouted and brought on over 800 models, photographers and HMUAs. I've grown from an intern to Senior Talent Manager running a team of 5, and have been involved as the company grew from 8 internal team members, to 40.
I love to bring innovation and to focus on areas like building community, and supporting diverse creative disciplines. I am passionate about working at a pioneering talent service and working on perfecting techniques for running large pools of happy talent.
I also have an extensive background in fashion photography and journalism have worked with magazines like Dazed, i-D, Vice, Indie, Vogue &c. and exhibited work at Tate Modern, Royal Academy of Art, ICA and more.
Piers would say I'm ambitious, driven, efficient and a fast learner - and I pride myself on being a big people person. I love nothing more than interacting with creatives, clients and getting partnerships going. I've acquired 60+ partner agents over my time at Contact.
I have strong knowledge in driving growth and engagement on socials, all Google software, Zendesk, Slack, Miro, Quicksight, Intercom, Mediaslide and Notion.
Credentials:
I began my career journey in Berlin where I studied Photography & Film. I started scouting, photographing and working with magazines, brands and models out there. I returned to London in 2018 to complete an MA with Distinction from London College of Fashion. Alongside my MA I worked freelance - scouting, partnering and photographing for modelling agencies across London, such as Anti Agency, Select & IMM, and continuing my fashion journalism and holding exhibitions and publishing visual work.

I gained a Masters with Distinction from LCF in Photography & Fashion Cultures, for my thesis on 'Post Tech Radicalism'. I exhibited this project at the University of Lisbon where I held a lecture and panel talk, at the Royal Academy of Arts in London and spoke at an ICA event. The abridged thesis was published in Curated by Girls and exhibited finally at Sassoon Gallery in Camden.

I received the top award for my completion of this BA with Honours that I received from the BTK school of art in Berlin. I learned all forms of photography and lots about media and messaging here. My final project focused on womens' bodies in art and culture as well as beauty ideals through the ages - it culminated in a photo series, a short film and sculptural pieces.
