- Draft project plans and schedules - Monitor and report on project progress against delivery plans - Motivate project teams to ensure delivery in line with deadlines - Facilitate teams to resolve blockers and mitigate risks - Track and report on project team’s activities - Provide consistent support to the senior project manager to ensure successful project delivery - Manage commercial aspects of projects including timesheets, development estimates - Facilitate internal and external meetings
- Responsible for setting measurable communication objectives and implementing internal communication strategies - Liaising and building relationships with external and internal stakeholders - Coming up with innovative ways to communicate and distill complex subject matters for differing audiences - Coordinating and delivering internal events, workshops and tutorials. - Drafting copy for various internal communication tools, including; e-newsletters and intranet sites. - Utilising design tools for internal communications materials, including; presentations and assets. - Advising senior staff and council members on a range of communications and change issues
- Responsible for elements of communications campaigns. - Assisting in the organisation of conferences, fairs, community events and photo calls. - Prepare copy for a range of Council publications. - Drafting press releases and press notices. - Updating the community news pages on the Council website. - Completing the weekly media monitor. - Managing and maintaining the Communications Stakeholder database. - Providing administrative support to the Communication Office Management. - Daily Management of social media accounts. - Providing advice to senior council officers, senior members, client departments and contractors on a range of communications issues.
- Daily social media management and scheduling for Oxfam Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts. - Daily management and updating of Oxfam Fashion Website, including the weekly management of Oxfam Fashion Blogger network. - Utilising social measurement tools and analytics. - Producing analysis reports outlining the digital and media trends. - Researching relevant issues online and in the media in regards to Oxfam social needs. - Weekly press research and analysis.
