As part of the work experience at BBH I got involved in the daily routine of the agency performing diverse tasks such as brand research, insights and data analysis. Brands I worked with: British Airways, Scholl.
Working as Strategist for Publicis London I helped brand managers and ad agency planners see the world through the eyes of the customer in order to communicate more effectively avoiding wrong messages. Brands I worked with: EE, Morrisons and Apple.
As Business Planner Intern my job was to identify the problems and issues facing a company at the brand and business level bearing in mind the four key functions of the department: Data Analytics, Media and Communications Strategy development, Consumer Insights and Performance. These four functions work in tandem together to produce media intelligence and consumer insights to help grow the clients’ business. The maintenance of Mindshare's intranet blog on brands, with the copy and proofreading that involved, was also under my responsibility, as well as the research and composition and of Mindshare's 2016 Screens Report summarising the latest cultural analysis on such issue. Both Rolex and Booking.com are two brands I closely worked with.
