    6 years creating and leading the creative services for the FOX Networks Group in France : National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo Wild and Voyage. After a year working as 'Creative Producer', I was promoted ‘Head of Creative Services’. Soon after, I built the Creative Services for National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo Wild and Voyage as an integrated agency providing Creative and Branding support to the whole company in France. I recruited and managed an award-winning Creative team of 5 FTE, a pool of 20 freelancers and several creative agencies to execute the Creative & Branding strategy aligning Marketing, Digital, PR, Ad Sales and Creative functions across the company. Responsibilities • Revamped an existing department from scratch • Recruited a world-class team of creatives & designers • Led and monitored a team of 5 permanent staff members and 20 part-time freelancers • Supervised all aspects of creative productions from brief to delivery for every internal brand • Acted as brand warrant for all creative sign offs • Played a key role on global rebranding projects (1 year+) for 3 channels • Handled and closely monitored the creative budget for 3 channels • Wrote and produced global campaigns (delivered to 150 countries) for 2 channels • Initiated and directed various branded contents for 3 channels Achievements • Transformed the entire department from an operational team to a strategic department • Led the team to the prestigious “Creative Top 5” in FOX Europe within a year • Successfully conducted a 20% cost-saving strategy on the annual creative budget • Won several design and creative awards including the coveted Bronze Lion in Cannes • Sharply increased the ratings of 3 channels by up to 91% in less than 12 months (essentially by leading re-segmenting and rebranding projects for each channel)
