Provided full range of administrative duties to a small team within a food store/business catering company. Created a survey to research customer’s opinion of the company particularly their environmental record. Initiated a “cleanness day” project and developed a flyer to advertise the event. Members of the local community were invited to join the company to clean up an area of the town. This proved to be a success in promoting the company and attracting new customers.
Organised and filed paperwork, documents and computer-based information. Liaised with staff in other departments and with external contacts to resolve queries. Monitored stationery and equipment stocks ordering additional supplies as appropriate. Successfully completed a practical assignment based on a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and PEST (Political, Economic, Social and Technological) analysis. This gave the company information and insight to focus on key issues.
