Transferred within the Jacob Bailey Group to develop some key accounts (Jordans Dorset Ryvita, Reckitt Benckiser & Red Tractor Assurance) and build the London office through new business wins. Led a multi-disciplined team of six from Account Management, Creative, Design and Digital.
Improved efficiency across Red Tractor and Jordans Dorset Ryvita accounts by implementing daily and weekly stand up calls to review activity which also resulted in better departmental co-ordination.
Revitalised a demoralised London office by reducing the use of headphones and getting people to talk to each other, as well as bringing some humour to a staid environment.
Boosted the confidence of a Senior Account Manager, who had arrived from client-side with no agency experience and felt she had been thrown in at the deep end, through mentoring and introducing a training programme with weekly calls to discuss progress and any issues.
Built the Red Tractor Assurance account from a £10,000 pitch win to a £300,000 always-on digital account through front foot account management and establishing a close rapport with the client.
