My duties include overseeing the daily general management operations of the business, supervising and training members of staff, managing bookings and customer complaints in a polite and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Developing promotional campaign to raise awareness about TEDx University of Strathclyde. - Coordinating and planning kick-off and recognition events. - Coordinating and developing social media for TEDx University of Strathclyde.
- Executing marketing research project about Eurovaistine’s cosmetics and customers’ buying habits. - Developing and implementing the design of the new products and their promotions. - Collecting and analysing information about competitors, making conclusions and giving recommendations. - Communicating with health care companies to arrange daily/weekly consultations in the pharmacies.
- Organising events and trips for Erasmus students locally and abroad. - Dealing with suppliers for the events: arranging the venues, drinks and food promotions, transport. - Creating and implementing efficient ways to advertise and raise awareness about events, designing posters and leaflets. - Group leader and representative of University of Strathclyde students in the trip to Amsterdam.
