About me
I have just completed my Master's in International Journalism at City University, London. I specialised in arts and entertainment and have been freelancing for Everything Theatre: an "unpretentious" online guide to the theatre scene in London.
Additionally, I have interned at The Times as a digital intern, where I edited on videos for their website and iPad app using Final Cut Pro. And I have interned for CBS News London and worked mainly on their international page. I also went out on shoots, edited videos with Avid.
I am a digital native, meaning I am exceptional when it comes to using social media and the internet. Aside from online, I can work in radio and TV. During my Master's I was a co-founder and executive producer of our online student TV news programme, "diverCity."
I am looking for a career where I can use my creative and artistic talents to the fullest, and thereby expand my skills in those areas.
I am producer, meaning I see the bigger picture and I enjoy taking pieces of a project and putting them together.
I am a US citizen. I will need sponsorship in order to stay in the UK. Otherwise, I am happy to do freelance work from the US.
